"cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID"

I have not changed my apple ID, I just bought a new computer and in the new computer I can not update the apps (including Keynote) giving this error message. I don't understand this.

If the applications that need updating are Apple applications that came with the computer, try going to the App Store Purchases tab or click on your profile and then go to Purchases to see if there is an option to accept the applications with your Apple ID. If that doesn't work, you can delete the applications and download them with your Apple ID. The applications are free. You may have to sign out of the App Store, restart the computer, and sign back in to download new copies.

Try this approach to solving your problem (per Eric Root initially). Sign out of the App and iTunes Stores; restart your device; and sign back in. Then check your apps needing updating to see if they are in your purchases history (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088). If they aren't, you can delete them, and purchase/download under you current Apple ID if you want. If the apps are in your purchase history, contact Apple support.
