Error Updating Apps
When I try to update keynote, pages, numbers and IMovie, I get an error message that says Cannot Update App: because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID. How can I fix this?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
Click here and follow the instructions. If you can't accept them into your Apple ID and your OS supports the current versions of those applications, delete and redownload them.
