Free Apple TV+

I bought a new iPad and was told about the free yearly subscription. So, I did what I was supposed to and just learned they’d been charging me every month! I canceled the subscription because I’m ******. Anyone know who to co tact for that?

You set up the free year and then found you’re being charged?

Its not done automatically, you needed to redeem it, by claiming the offer as instructed here:
