I’m trying to downgrade to 50 Gb from 200. Never had more thann30 Gb on iCloud. But the downgrade won’t offer me “DONE”. I can only cancel and remain at 200 Gb or go to 5 Gb, which isn’t enough. What’s the solution? I’m missing something.

I only need 30 GB of data on iCloud, but I currently have a 200 GB program. When I try to reduce the downgrade to 50 GB, it doesn’t offer me the option of “done”. I simply have to cancel. What am I missing?

You seem to be on the right track ... Downgrade your iCloud storage – Apple Support

Could you just try again from the top, restart your device and make sure you're connected to the internet (WiFi or Data).
