I brought this iPad at a goodwill and the person didn't sign out of there id can yall help me unlock it please

I brought a used iPad at a thrift store and it can't be rest do to the original owner not signing out of icloud and I need help getting it wiped clean so I can use it

Unless you get the password from the previous user the iPad is unfortunately pretty much useless to you.
