Personsl hotspot

When I trying to enable personal hotspot from my iPhone SE 2020 it’s says that “To enable personal hotspot on this account contact carrier” please help

The “carrier” is Airtel. Contact them to determine if you have hotspot (tethering) as an option.

Have you done that? If not, you will need to contact them to be certain that your cellular plan includes the option to use Hotspot.
