Set up personal hotspot.

Hi,

I have recently bought an iPhone 11 with IOS 14.6. I’m having trouble with personal hotspot. After switching to mobile data the set up personal hotspot option appears and if I click on it, it says to enable personal hotspot contact carrier. I have already contacted my sim carrier provider and they are telling me to contact Apple Care.

Contact your carrier and ask if they offer that service and if your cellular plan includes it.
