Iphone 7 plus ear speaker very low volume

my new iphone 7 plus mobile , i found very low volume while i am on call with another persons. I also tried to turn on/off phone noise cancellation & hearing aid mode and adjusting the volume button no use.

Still i face the same problem very low volume on call can't hear other person voice clearly. Please guide me how to fix it.

i want to know how to check the ear speaker ( top speaker) manually.

A large number of users are reporting difficulty hearing, especially when on phone calls. This happens on many different iPhone models. I believe I've tried all of the suggestions that have been made in this forum. I have to use the speaker to hear phone conversations. I have reported this issue on the Apple feedback page. Please help by reporting the problem there. Apple does not monitor this forum.
