Ear speaker on iPhone 11 very low? Tried settings which are fine but volume in this speaker always very quiet

The speaker has always seemed very quiet and is at the point it’s difficult to hear a call? I have tried the volumes settings but not worked. Is there anything else I could try before replacing there is not static or interference it’s just very quiet
