Low volume on iPhone X ear speaker
Using phone in normal (hold phone to head) manner the volume of the ear speaker has suddenly dropped to almost nothing. Have tried everything can find with no improvement.

Assuming that you've adjusted the volume with the side volume buttons, low volume is normally a symptom of needing to be cleaned. See this:
