I wanna check Startup Security Utility but I can't
I wanna check my Startup Security Utility but when I restart my Mac and press command - R and It doesn't pop up. what do I need to do?

Do you see the window with the Recovery options?

If not, you are not holding Command-R long enough or at the proper time.
When you see the recovery option, Startup security utility is in the utilities menu.
