How do i access startup security utilty on my MacBook Air 2020?

I can't figure out how to get back to the utility security to change my settings? Anyone know how to do it?

Startup Security Utility Hi there, just got a new MacBook Pro 14inch with the M1pro. I want to allow ''user management of kernel extensions from identified developers'' in ''Security & Privacy'' But I just can't find a way to do it. Here's what I do : 1. Shut down the Mac 2. Restore full security to my MacBook Pro I was trying to start from an external disk. I was having trouble, so I used the Startup Security Utility and chose no security. Now, I can't change it to Full Security-- message says I have to download something?

About Startup Security Utility and this is only available for apple computer equipped with the Touch ID / Secure Enclave Chip

Try System Preferences, select the Security and Privacy preference pane. There is also a Startup Disk preference pane, it sounds like you need either the Security and Privacy one or the Startup Disk one.
