Why I don’t see cancellation on my Apple subscription?

One possible reason is that the subscription is directly through the provider, rather than through the iTunes Store.

Look in here:

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

...and see the section on "If you don't see the subscription that you're looking for."
