Can’t send email from iPhone

My iPad works perfectly well, and both have the exact same settings but, no matter what I do, I cannot get my iPhone to send emails from my BT account. I’ve checked with BT and there are no issues there. I’ve tried all the online fixes but nothing works. Any ideas?

Hi,

when you removed on your Iphone your email account and set it up again, have you just tried to set it up MANUALLY?

Yes I had to set up manually as there wasn’t an auto option for my email provider
