I am trying to transfer service from my iPhone to another I phone. So far most of my apps and photos changed over. However I still can not make phone calls or send texts on my new phone. I have att service. It is not transferring to the phone service

How do I transfer my att service from my old I phone to my new one. My bill is paid. So far my apps and everything transfers except for my phone service.

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

You need to either move the SIM from your old phone to your new phone, or call AT&T and have them activate the eSIM in the new phone.
