How to Delete AppleID and then recreate as new using same email address with no previous data?

I want to delete all my previous data on my iCloud account and then use the apple ID using same email address as new.

Can I delete my apple ID and then create a new apple ID having same email address as earlier, with no previous data stored on the iCloud.

You can deactivate or delete an Apple ID account. Apple recommends doing the first for the obvious difference noted below. But, your circumstances will dictate your choice. Also, it is important that you see what Eric Root says above.

“If you request account deactivation, you'll receive a unique alphanumeric access code. When you're ready to reactivate your Apple ID, contact Apple Support, provide your access code, and we’ll help you reactivate your account. If you lose this code, we won't be able to help reactivate your account."

“While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can't cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data.”

going by what you say, changing the email address of existing Apple ID to some unused email address and then permanently deleting that Apple ID is feasible. Then after deleting the Apple ID create a new Apple ID with the actual email address to be used (currently used in Apple ID).

this should avoid the constraints.

If you make a new account, there shouldn't be any previous data.

There have been posts by people who have contacted Apple Support and they were told that if you delete an ID associated with an email address, you can never reuse the email address for an Apple ID.  I have also seen posts that stated Apple told them there was a 30 day waiting period before the address could be used again. You will need to get another e-mail address to use as your Apple ID or you can try waiting 30 days to see if that works.
