I want to continue sharing my photos and notes, etc , with my ipad pro and laptop...but not with my grandsons ipad air 2 I just got for him

Be absolutely certain your grandson, regardless of his age, has his own unique Apple ID.

Thoroughly cleanse all devices he has before he "move in" using his own ID.

Family Sharing is an option.
