You can create shared albums in the Photos app on your iPhone. You must be signed in to your iCloud account, then see→How to share albums in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac - Apple Support

Well, of course. How can you share them if they are not in a common location? iCloud isn’t the only common location you can use, however; here are a few others:

  • Transfer your photos to your computer via USB cable
  • Sync to Google Photos
  • Sync to some other photo archiving service such as Shutterfly
  • Sync to Amazon Photos
  • Sync to Dropbox
  • Sync to box.com
  • Sync to Microsoft OneDrive
  • Sync to Livedrive Briefcase
  • Sync to any other backup or archiving service
