SE iPhone missing wifi calling selection?

My brand new iPhone SE does not have a Phone selection: Wifi calling on this phone

How do I use wifi calling with this phone??

Head to Settings -> Wi-Fi and make sure a check mark appears next to the name of a Wi-Fi network. Make sure Wi-Fi calling is turned on. To do this on your iPhone, go to Settings -> Cellular -> Wi-Fi Calling and turn it on. If you don't see this option, your cell phone plan doesn't include Wi-Fi calling.
