Not much we can recommend here. It sounds like the iPad has suffered a hardware failure, which should be seen by the Apple Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider for evaluation and options.
Then take it to Apple. We are NOT Apple on this forum. We are users just like. I don't know what you think any of us can do to fix your iPad from our living rooms. Make an Appointment with Apple and show it to them, is the best we can offer you.
