Storage full?

Hello my iPhone Pro Max is a 64gb And I keep getting the storage full message. I already deleted a bunch of media (songs, old messages, pictures and files) and keep getting it even though there is more storage space. I’ve also reset my phone 5 times already. What is going on please help?
