Hello my iPhone Pro Max is a 64gb And I keep getting the storage full message. I already deleted a bunch of media (songs, old messages, pictures and files) and keep getting it even though there is more storage space. I’ve also reset my phone 5 times already. What is going on please help?

Please follow the instructions in this guide published by Apple ➔ How to Clear OTHER Category on your iPhone. Once you used the procedure successfully then you should have your space back that you created by deleting data previously.
