The light on my airpods pro case turns off after the charger is plugged in. Does that mean my airpods are defective?

Hey Burp69,

It sounds like you're worried about your AirPods Pro since the status light doesn't show a light after you charge it.

Check out this information from the following article: Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life

"When you connect your Wireless Charging Case to a charger, or place it on a Qi-certified charging mat, the status light will stay on for 8 seconds."

Reset your AirPods

If the issue continues or if we have misunderstood the situation, please answer the following questions to help us better understand what is going on:

Does this happen each time you try charging your AirPods Pro?
Is the light off as soon as you start charging the charging case or does it show for at least 8 seconds?
