I am using one of my apple ids for one iphone, but another apple id for a different iphone. But I want to use just one calendar for both phones. Can I use the calendar from a different apple id on my phone?

You can use a 3rd party app to have one calendar or you can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases and a calendar made with the IDs.
