This response deals with how to import photos/videos. That is not the question - but you are saying that the hours I've spent organizing my photos on my iPad/iPhone are completely wasted as they will not be imported to my computer? The response is that I have to spend additional hours sorting and filing into newly created folders on my PC? How is this possible with this technology?

I have been trying this exact process and others with my iPhone 11, but the problem I am having is that after a couple minutes of processing/copying, it's as if the iphone loses connection with the computer and the files won't copy.

Any idea as to why?
