Software Update
My software Update request has been sent for at least 4 days.. but software is not updating
iPhone X, iOS 12
You may need to use iTunes to complete the update. See below.

On which device?
What is the existing version of iOS?
Is it connected to Wifi?
Is the battery charged, and connected to the charging circuit?
Is there sufficient space on the device?
My phone is iphone X
And the existing version is 12.1.4
it is connected to wifi but sometimes it disconnects.
-battery is charged it is on charging
- and the storage is almost 4 gb remaining
