Apple Cash I received won’t transfer to my debit card

After spending 10 hours on the phone and chat with Apple, I finally got to an answer that put the money back on my apple cash. YOU have to set up Apple Cash again when your phone malfunctions and does not complete a backup. It did not go anywhere, the phone just couldn't see it as I did not have the black apple cash activated. Hope someone that gets this done to their phone in the future figures this out as it was over $200. Thank you for your assistance!

Hi, did you have automatically accept payments on or manually accept payments on?

I used a Visa debit card and the money DID not transfer to my account. They took the money out of my Granddaughters account but did not put it on my card or in my bank NO ONE can help! Apple is seriously going down as the worst company in history!
