2012 iMac running 3.2Ghz Quad intel Core I5 haven't been able to find a solution. Here's the full text. Any solutions yet? I see it all over th eplace when I search it.

Sleep / wake issues Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295



From >System Preferences>Energy Saver make changes here


ex you can try turning off Power Nap option, try turning off put hard disk to sleep.
