On my MacBook Air, when I go to "update billing and shipping" and click on "edit" -- I get "PAGE NOTE FOUND." I need to update my billing and shipping.
My phone has the correct info but I can't update it on my computer.

Have you tried updating the information in the App Store or iTunes? Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there
Where are you trying to update the information? The App Store? iTunes? If it is correct on the phone, have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting, and then signing back in to see if that updates the information?
I'm trying to update the information on my apple login on my MacBook Air. My phone shows that the settings are right but when I use Apple Pay on my computer, it has the wrong information. When I try to update the info/edit address: I get a link that says "PAGE NOT FOUND."
