My program on Apple TV
will not go to the next episode. Keeps spinning & says video will not load. What do I do?
You haven’t given us much info such as which Apple TV model you have or the program you are referring to. Please start by unplugging the powere for a couple of minutes and then retry.
yo did not mention you were using a Roku, we don’t support those devices. Try restarting it and if that does not work log out of your account and then login again and try.

I am using the Apple TV on Roku. I’m trying to watch a series (Defending Jacob). It got to Episode 4 & would not go to the next episode. The little circle kept spinning and said this video will not load. Retry. Which I did, and checked internet connections. Kept receiving the same message.
My program will not continue. Keeps spinning saying video will not load. What do I do?
