phone is locked out
My phone is saying that it is disabled and that I need to connect it to iTunes, but it does not do anything when I connect it to itunes

If you have attempted, multiple times, unlocking with incorrect password your Lock Screen passcode, or if a message says that your device is disabled, learn what you need, what you get and what is lost.
You need a computer to follow these steps. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend.
