got rid of receiving BLOCKED SENDERS email

Followed instructions how to block email senders but nothing done. I got rid of receiving unwanted and blocked emails regularly.

most of these received from address as .———-.cyou

Blocking email permanently I have tried blocking email senders every day. Just can't seem to PERMANENTLY stop them from continuing to send junk. They do get routed into my junk folder, fortunately. Occasionally, they come in marked as a blocked sender (what the hell?). My emails are through Gmail. Any help to eliminate these idiots would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!

Blocking emails from unknown senders When I try to block a sender, it does not seem to work. I determine where the email came from, block the address, but they still come the next time I download emails. (Different email, same sender) what am I missing
