Jabra Elite 75T Will not Connect to my iPhone 11 Pro Max

Does anyone know how to fix why the Jabra Elite 75T is not connecting / pairing to my iPhone? If it does finally show up and connect via the Bluetooth menu, it’s only for about 1/2 second then connection drops instantly and says the Jabra device is not on but it is.

Hey HealingOne41!

It sounds like you've got some issues with your Jabra Elite 75T Bluetooth device, when its paired to your iPhone 11 Pro. It will only connect for a very short period of time. We've got your back. For this type of issue, we'd use the following steps:

  1. We'd make sure your iPhone has a good backup and then make sure it's up to date with iOS software: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle this off and then back on. Please let us know if Bluetooth is dimmed and won't allow you to do this.
  3. Restart your iPhone
  4. Restart your Jabra Elite 75T
  5. Go to Settings > Bluetooth > tap the 'i' next to Jabra Elite 75T > then Forget this Device. Once it is removed, pair the Jabra Elite 75T once more to test it out.
  6. Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference

If it should persist, does this happen with any other Bluetooth accessory or only with the Jabra Elite 75T? Do you use more than one Bluetooth accessory at the same time?

We hope this helps out. Take care!
