What settings do I need on my iPhone in order to upload an excel WS on iCloud?

Using my iMac, when I save an Excel document to iCloud it uploads to the cloud on my iPad but not on my iPhone.

I need help.

Is iCloud Drive turned on on the iPhone? Settings > Name > iCloud > iCloud Drive > turn on.

Cannot upload an Excel file to my iCloud I have downloaded the Excel application to my iPad and have been able to send an Excel file to my iPad from my Windows computer and can access and edit that file on my IPAD. However there is no obvious way in the eye excel application to send that file to my iCloud account. Help please

Can you upload documents from any device, or just the primary device assigned to the iCloud account? I create documents from a PC laptop and iPad Pro. Can I upload from any device?

Excel Files in 13.3 will not upload or forward. I'm running 13.3 and having issues uploading Excel files to iCloud. Phone shuts down. iPad shuts down. Excel files will open for viewing but unable to forward in email or upload to iCloud.
