Smart keyboard not connecting
I'm trying to connect my Smart Keyboard to my iPad Air (3d Gen) and nothing is happening. System is up to date; rebooted....nothing...any ideas?

Assuming you are using the correct keyboard model (for iPadAir3 is Smart Keyboard, not Smart Keyboard Folio), see this support article:--> Use your Smart Keyboard Folio or Smart Keyboard with your iPad - Apple Support
If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support

Thank you. Though I didn't mention it, I already went through the support article and wanted to get feedback to make sure I wasn't missing anything before going to apple support....
Cleaned the smart connector ports?
Yes and they're both brand new.

I would contact apple support as one of the items may be faulty
