I am now paying for Apple TV but I cannot get it on my tv it says my I’d or password has failed

I need to speak to tech support by phone

The Apple TV app is available on Apple TV Hardware, 3rd gen or later and on select Smart TVs, Roku, and Firestick. If using the 3rd gen Apple TV then it will require entering the password and code together when signing in, and to avoid exceeding the time limit you will need to follow the proper procedure (enter password, manually request code, add it to password).
