My phone works and I can use it but I can’t click on my Apple ID in settings

i lost my phone and someone turned it in i can still use it and all my apps but I can’t click on my Apple ID in settings how do I fix that

Is the ID grayed out? Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

Yes it’s grayed out there’s no restrictions in screen time to restart do I just go to settings and hit restart and will that change all my configurations or erase anything
