„Device not correct ejected“
Device (HD) not ejected not at all. It is always available, mounted.
How to find the reason, how to find the risc?
Mac Pro, macOS 10.15

Also Sleep can cause it to disconnect, then reconnect before you notice, is Put Drives to Sleep when possible checked in Energy Saver?
The message says that you did not eject it correctly. so - for the future - just make sure you drag the icon to the trash before you unplug it or turn it off. And, shutting down and rebooting the computer helps to work out "glitches".
Generally that is caused by a Flaky Cable.

Troubleshooting This:
Other than installing new software, or Security Software, I'm not so certain it would be possible to detect the direct reason(s) as to this being blocked out.
Mount This:
Use Disk Utilities - See if it has been mounted. Boot into Recovery Mode (Hold Down: command + R upon boot]. Then, go to xi Utilities and see if you need to mount it.
Hello babowa, I did not drag the icon to the trash and did not disconnect the plug, the message cames without any action from me, but -
suddenly the message was arising about ’greatest’ devices, a RAID with four HDs, which I cleaned the one day. So I was frightened a bit.
Dis- and reconnecting it solved obviously the matter.
~ Thanks.
Thank you. It is for the future ;)

You are welcome.
Do you drag the icon of the drive to the trash?
sorry fail I did *not* pull out the plug or switch off power.
I assume it was a flaky cable which generated the alert. .
I know that, I posted it as a reminder for the future. Manchmal sind Uebersetzungen schwierig zu verstehen.
I also love your simple words which can be understood by more people. ~ br Karl
That is because I know it is difficult, English is my second language.
