I cant receive email on my phone from comcast

I keep getting the error message imap.comcast.net is not responding on my phone hen I try to download

e-mail

Ensure you’re running iOS 13.6.1. That’s the current iOS version.


Log into the Comcast web mail interface. That tests your credentials.


Your mail client settings are seemingly incorrect, or your network is not working, or Comcast has server problems, or you've loaded a VPN client or add-on anti-malware and that’s messing around with your network security or routing.


Verify your mail client settings and credentials against those required by Comcast.
