Restore 256 GB to 128 GB iphone

Can I restore my back up from a 256 GB to 128 GB ? I mean is there any way to choose what to restore from the backup !! or I should get a 256 GB iphone to bring my back up back !!

sorry no, backup is all or nothing. You'll need to get a 256GB phone.
