Is there a possible way that I could download music onto an iPod shuffle?
I logged onto my account I have Apple Music subscription through my phone and I saw my playlist in the iTunes app on my windows 10 but it won’t let me download any music at all. How do I sync? Do I have to purchase songs in order to put them on the shuffle?
If you're referring to tracks gotten through an Apple Music subscription, no. Otherwise, put it into iTunes(Music if you're using Catalina) and sync the iPod shuffle normally.
