Cell phone provider sends hijacking scam messages.

Hello this cell phone provider in Costa Rica, called Kolbi, always sends this weird scam messages and I can't find any information about this on the internet. All I want is to disable this strange "hijacking" "feature" because I hate it, and it's extremely dangerous since other people (like my parents) tend to just "Accept" and becomes a problem. This "feature" lights up my iphone screen like any other notification, but the difference is that it is not a sms message since it does not appear there and it keeps my phone screen turn on -forever-, I leaved my phone on the table for about 20 minutes and the screen with this notification never turn off or went away until I hit "Cancel". How to disable this? or how completely deny this type of scam notifications?

iPhone 7, iOS 13
