Regarding warranty

I’m planning to buy IPhone 11 through Amazon sale . I wanted to know after buying will I be able to go to Store directly and do repair or any other warranty related issues during the warranty period ?


or I should come through amazon only .

since Amazon is an authorized reseller, you can buy it there if it is new in the box.


The warranty is from Apple, so you need to deal with Apple with warranty issues. The 14 day return period only applies to items bought directly from Apple - Amazon sets its own policies.

Where you get it is up to you.


But on a personal note, I would get it from none other than the manufacturer: Apple. Why? Because you'd get a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited warranty from Apple. On top of that, I'd get an AppleCare plan with it. Getting it elsewhere may make it unusable to you, if the seller never signs out of it, and it becomes disassociated it from their account. And an item is only usable for service in the location in which it was purchased. And there is plenty of those scenarios reported on these forums, being reported as scams. But that's just me. What you do us up to you.
