Unable to access app Maybank2u MY after iOS was updated.

Unable to access the app Maybank2u MY after iOS was updated to 13.4.1 in May 2020 and till today, I was not able to access the particular app.

Despite the iOS was updated to 13.6.1 (latest) and the app Maybank2u MY were also deleted and re-install but still I could not able to access this one particular app.
