Old software

I can’t download a certificate because the site says my operating system (same as sofware?) is old. But i have 13.6.1! The company says it’s not their popup

It sounds like it could be a scam. Don't give your personal information to anyone.

Your iPhone is updated. What website are you talking about?

Ignore the request, it could a scam attempt. DO NOT give any personal info to anyone. See also this article.
