Missing Movie artwork in Apple TV

Hi

Not a new subject but one that doesn't seem to have a solution yet.

Recent movie purchases are not showing the artwork in the Apple TV library on my MBP (older purchases ie before July 2020 are showing them and they also show up on my Win 10 PC).

Even more strange - the artwork is showing when you look at the movies under the Watch Now tab.

Has anyone managed to fix the problem or is this one where I am just going to have to wait for the next OS update.

In that case, what happens if you sign out of your Apple ID in the Apple TV app by heading to Account > Sign Out in the menu bar, then sign back in?

Hi Joseph_S

Thank you for your reply.

I have signed out and back in as you suggested, one the first go 1 of the 5 artworks returned, 2nd go 2 more returned. 3rd go no further returns unfortunately.

I will try doing the sign in and out solution you have suggested a few more times during the course of the day to see what happens.

I can confirm that I am running the latest version of Catalina 10.15.6 and that even with a shutdown and a restart the condition persists.
