Black dots appear on eyes when taking flash photo

these really weird black dots appear on my eyes sometimes when I take a picture with the back camera on flash. At first I thought this was only when I take pictures on portrait mode but it happens with the normal camera too. I try the red eye remover thing but it doesn’t detect it. It’s really odd. It’s on and off though and I have no idea what it is.

Dark Spot on and after clicking a picture / video on the 11 max pro So, i noticed a dark spot while clicking a picture, recording a video. This happens only on the Wide Camera, the rest is just fine. If i place my finger on the lens to find the spot it seems to fade a bit into a crescent moon like tiny dot. Its, visibly dark if i threw in some flash light straight into the lens. Note, there is no physical damage on the lens or the device. Does anyone has any kind of info on this?

Blue spots, dots in pictures whenever I take photos I see these kinds of dots in the pictures. This can be seen in the camera window as well as after taking photos as well. Yes I cleaned the lenses and tried but it’s same.
