My account has been disabled and I am trying to update my payment information and it won't let me.

Why can't I Update my payment information?

I had to get a new credit card and I am just trying to update that information.

Log into your account in the App Store/iTunes and you should be able to change/verify it there. Or you can click the blue Edit payment methods in the article below. When signed in and the page loads, you will be on the credit card page. After updating that, click the Go Back button at the lower left and you will be on the address page. If you have a subscription, you need to add the new card, and then promote it to the primary payment method before you can remove the old card.

I received a email saying I needed to update my credit card information. I called the apple number when the card was changed. You have charged an old card for the last months but today it says I have 24 hours to update. I have tried to update it. I am very frustrated and have spent over an hour trying to do this for a .99 monthly charge
