Airport Network Password Change

I use Airport Extreme for my WiFi router. I set up my WEP2 network 10 years ago using the old Aiport Utility. I want to change my network password login but this option seems to be gone from current Airport Utility. Is there a path to change network PW using Airport Utility? If not, how do you change it? Delete the network by factorty rebooting the router and starting over? Ugh.

Using v6.x of the AirPort Utility:

  • Run the utility.
  • Select your AirPort Extreme.
  • Select Edit.
  • Select the Wireless tab.
  • You can change the wireless access password by entering the desired new password in the Wireless Password text block. Repeat the same password in the Verify Password block.
  • Select Update and allow the base station to restart.
