Unable to update new software updates

I am not able to perform latest software updates on my IPAD air. Could you please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance.

Keeping in mind that iPad Air 1st gen cannot support iOS versions beyond 12.4.8 (because of hardware incompatibility) you can't update it to iPadOS 13 or later.
