cannot see prime videos on apple tv

Does anyone know how to fix amazon video? Was working and about a week ago all I get is a black amszon log.

Prime vidéo i downloaded Prime video on Apple TV, i linked my Amazon subscription, my account displays as it does on Mac or IPhone but with any given movie or series there is only Audio and nothing but a black screen. Tks for any help

Apple tv I can no longer load Prime video. All of my other apps load just fine. This problem just started.

Erase the Prime app, unplug the power cord about 5 minutes, replug it in, re-add the app and test.
